Chris Hayes’s View on the video:
Ryan Middleton #,CB 5’11 180lbs
Player has prototypical height and weight of a D1 corner back. Player can be aggressive @ times but plays to high and lacks the 4.3-4.4 speed to cover today’s D1 wide receivers. Player does show the ability to close and does go up for the ball @ the highest point. My suggestion to player would be to work more on techniques and fundamentals starting with the jam @ the line of scrimmage. Player also can contribute on special teams.

Chris Hayes
Chris Hayes was drafted by the New York Jets in the seventh round (210th pick overall) of the 1996 NFL draft. He was waived by the Jets at the end of training camp in August, 1996, and signed on to the Washington Redskins practice squad that September. After being waived again by the Redskins on October 1, 1996, Chris was immediately signed to the Green Bay Packers practice squad. Chris played in all three of Green Bay ’s post season games in 1996, including Super Bowl XXXI against the New England Patriots, which brought him home a ring. Chris was traded back to the Jets in June, 1997; re-signed with the Jets in March, 1998; and was later activated to the active roster in December.
