Ricky Reynolds is a gentle, good spirited man with a great heart. He is a former outstanding NFL Cornerback who played from 1987 until 1993 for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He continued his professional career from 1994 to 1996 with the Patriots including playing in Super Bowl XXXI. Ricky entered the NFL after an impressive college career with Washington State University and becoming a 2nd round draft pick for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After 10 strong years in the NFL he continued his love for football as a local Football Coach at Jefferson High School; Tampa Catholic and head coach at Blake High School. In 1999 he won the Assistant Coach of the year award at Jefferson High School for having the best defense in the state of Florida. Ricky is also a Prostate Cancer survivor. At the young age of 37 Ricky was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Ricky became a spokeperson for the Florida Prostate Cancer Network; helping men find proper doctors to help treat the disease. Ricky is a man that gives back to the community by helping with the Boys and Girls Club, Ricky’s A-team for the Center of Excellence and much more. But since 2005 Ricky has been working with Fox 13 on the Pre-game show for the Buccaneers Tailgate Sunday and also is doing talk sports radio with 1010 am. In Tampa.
